Terms of Service

CarGPT.ph is an online listing platform that connects car buyers and sellers in the Philippines. We provide the technology to list, search, and inquire about vehicles. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

All vehicle sales, payments, reservations, and agreements happen directly between the buyer and seller — offline and in person. CarGPT.ph does not facilitate, guarantee, or take responsibility for any transaction.

Never send money, reservation fees, or down payments online to any seller on CarGPT.ph.

All transactions must be done in person, after physically inspecting the vehicle. CarGPT.ph will never ask you to pay online as part of a car purchase. If a seller pressures you to send money online, do not proceed and report the listing immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to use CarGPT.ph. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into agreements under Philippine law
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

By posting a listing on CarGPT.ph, you agree that:

• The vehicle is legally yours to sell or you are authorized to list it
• All information in the listing is accurate — price, mileage, condition, photos
• The vehicle is not stolen, under a disputed lien, or subject to any legal encumbrance that prevents sale
• You will not post the same vehicle in multiple listings simultaneously
• You will mark the listing as sold or remove it once the vehicle is no longer available
• Photos must be of the actual vehicle being listed — stock photos are not allowed

CarGPT.ph reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these rules without notice.

You may not use CarGPT.ph to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Collect advance payments, reservation fees, or deposits online
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Spam other users with unsolicited messages
• Scrape, copy, or republish content from CarGPT.ph without permission
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the platform
• Impersonate another person, dealer, or brand
• List vehicles that are illegal to sell in the Philippines

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and referral to appropriate authorities.

Listing credits (₱199 each) allow you to post additional listings beyond your free slot. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

All content on CarGPT.ph — including the name, logo, design, and AI search technology — is owned by Gonzales Palma Information Technology Services. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our brand or technology without written permission.

By posting photos and content on CarGPT.ph, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform for the purpose of showing your listing to potential buyers.

CarGPT.ph is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not verify the accuracy of listings, the condition of vehicles, or the identity of users. We make no guarantees about the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Gonzales Palma Information Technology Services shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

• Transactions between buyers and sellers
• Fraudulent listings or users
• Loss of data or service interruptions
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to stop using it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of CarGPT.ph after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
